Al Giacalogne, Sun Country Realty & Homes voted NFM Honorary Mayor 2012!
Saturday evening January 28th the NFM Chamber of Commerce announced their 2012 North Fort Myers Honorary Mayor, Al Giacalone, Sun Country Reality and Homes, who is current Chair of NFM Public Affairs Committee and welcome center volunteer.
The night was dazzling with prizes, donations,DJ Tony and support for the Chamber and communtity. Lee County Commissioner Tammy Hall and 1st NFM Honorary mayor Tom Cronin, Shell Factory announced the new Honorary Mayor.
Special thanks to Michael Graves with ICan Juction and Carolyn Graves with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing who tirelessly gave their support to raise money for the cause. We exceeded our goal and are so grateful for the chamber members support!

Farewell Kim...
North Fort Myers Chamber of Commerce Executive Director Kim Constantine is leaving the organization.
“Kim has received an offer for a new position at a different company and has accepted,” according to Chamber President Dick Collins. “This is an excellent opportunity for Kim, which is befitting her drive, skill sets, passion and commitment. Everyone here commends Kim and expresses appreciation for her substantial accomplishments to the benefit of the Chamber during her tenure as our Executive Director.”
The Chamber is now searching for a new Director. The ED position requires a dynamic individual with wide ranging skills in membership development, leadership, organization, effective communication, and working in a non-profit environment. The successful candidate will also possess an understanding of community development and relationships.
The full time position, which is open immediately, offers excellent opportunity for professional growth, as well as financial rewards based on achievement.
